Nick Bosley, currently serving as a Construction Foreman at Mesa Applied Technologies, has over a decade of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Beginning his journey in 2011 as a constructor Lease Operator for Bonanza Creek Energy, Nick has demonstrated a remarkable career progression.

Nick's expertise extends to various roles within the industry, having served as a Lead Operator responsible for the first line of workers and the smooth operation of production facilities, compressor stations, and artificial lift systems. His journey also included time as a stints as a Field Manager and Manager Production Foreman and Production Superintendent, showcasing his ability to excel in leadership and management positions.

In addition to his role at Mesa, Nick has also served as a Compliance and Construction Consultant as an independent contractor for Civitas Confluence Resources since September 2022. Prior to this, he held the position of Production Superintendent at Civitas Resources, Inc., from November 2021 to September 2022.

For Nick, the most fulfilling aspects of his career include exposure at a field level, hands-on work, and the implementation of processes. This passion for practical involvement and strategic implementation has been a consistent theme throughout his roles, from his early years as a Lease Operator to his current position as a Construction Foreman and Consultant.
